The Concept

Our unique concept of fun fine dining invites you to dine in the kitchen with Vitor Matos and Guilherme Spalk.

Our chefs prepare your dinner and guide you through a surprise menu, sharing the inspiration behind each dish. Expect a journey full of surprises and excitement in our space. The result is a modern “haute cuisine” that is both engaging and personalized. Sitting around a single central counter, you will be able to witness our chefs in action, exploring their culinary creativity and bringing a complete sensory experience designed to highlight ingredients in their purest form.

Chef Vitor Matos

With a nearly 20-year career, the Chef – currently holding 6 MICHELIN stars, making him the most awarded Chef in Portugal – has earned several prestigious distinctions. Among them are Chef of the Year 2003 (Edições do Gosto), Chef of the Year 2013 (WINE Magazine Awards), Best Chef in Portugal 2014 (Arco Atlântico Gastro Awards), and the Prix Chefs de l’Avenir 2011 from the Académie Internationale de Gastronomie in Paris.

Chef Guilherme Spalk

Guilherme Spalk brings new ideas and references to this intimate counter. He started his culinary journey in 2010 and gained recognition by winning the Young Talent of Gastronomy Award in 2013. After working in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Guilherme returned to Lisbon, where he joined the kitchen at 2Monkeys, side by side with Chef Vitor Matos, located in Torel Palace Lisbon.

Opening Hours and Contacts

From Tuesday to Saturday, from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

Places are limited to 14 people per service. Reservations are required in advance.

This experience is not vegetarian and cannot be adapted accordingly.
