THE CONCEPT

Our unique concept of fun fine-dining invites you to dine in the kitchen with our two chefs, Vitor Matos and Francisco Quintas. They will prepare your dinner and guide you through a surprise menu , as well as sharing the inspiration behind each dish.

There will be no shortage of surprises and excitement while in our “show cooking” space. Our two chefs bring their similarities and differences to the kitchen, resulting in a modern "haute cuisine", which is both engaging and personalized.

Sitting around a single central counter, you will be able to witness our chefs in action, exploring their culinary creativity and bringing a complete sensory experience designed to highlight ingredients in their purest form.

CHEF VITOR MATOS

Recognized for his excellent use of fresh seasonal and regional products, Vítor Matos is responsible for a cuisine that combines tradition and modernity.

With a professional career divided between Portugal and Switzerland, our Michelin-starred chef also holds titles such as Chef of the Year 2003 (Edições do Gosto), Chef of the Year 2013 (Prémios Revista Wine), Best Chef of Portugal 2014 (Gastro Atlantic Arc Awards) and the "Chefs de l'Avenir" award in 2011, from the International Academy of Gastronomy, in Paris.

CHEF FRANCISCO QUINTAS

Born in Coimbra, Francisco Quintas describes himself as an "ambitious" young man with a desire to contribute positively to the lives of everyone around him.

After interning at the starred Aquavit, in London, he also worked in the kitchens of Boury, in Belgium, and De Librije, in the Netherlands, both with three Michelin stars, before becoming sous-chef at Likoke, in France.

Once back in Portugal, he ended up joining the team at Casa da Calçada, in Amarante, before traveling to the capital to join chef Vítor Matos on this new gastronomic journey.

Timetables and Information

From Tuesday to Saturday, from 7:30 pm to 11 pm.
Places are limited to 14 people per service and reservations are required in advance.
This experience is not vegetarian and cannot be adapted accordingly.
